What we collect
When you order, you give your name, email address, shipping address and, if you choose, a phone number, plus the options you pick such as size and finish. If you email or message us, we have what you send. We do not ask for anything else.
Payments
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Your card and payment details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe's own privacy policy covers how they handle that information.
How we use it
Only to fulfil and ship your order, send your receipt and tracking, handle returns and exchanges, and answer your questions.
Who we share it with
Stripe, to take payment, and the shipping carrier and label service we use, so your order can reach you. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
What is stored on your device
If you tap the heart on a piece, your saved list is kept in your own browser so it is there next visit. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics and the Meta and TikTok advertising pixels. They set cookies in your browser to count visits, show us which pieces get looked at, and tell us which ads led to an order. They do not receive your payment details. You can block them with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker, and the shop works exactly the same.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for returns, warranty questions, and tax and accounting requirements.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email us and we reply within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday.
